Turnaround time for purchase is between 2–3 days from transaction processing phase up until loading of trucks / delivery to the buyer's site.
If COC, the buyer must submit trucks with driver's names, driver's ID, truck name, truck registration plate number, trailer's registration plate number and the Logistics Company name registered with the collection stores site (Vopak-Durban, Vopak-Lesedi, Watloo-Pretoria, and/or SASOL).
If COC, the driver must be registered with the collection stores site as specified above.
If COC, the trucks must have an Indemnity Form registered with the collection stores site.
If COD, the exact physical address must be provided for delivery.
If COD, details of tank types are to be given, including whether the tanks are above or below ground.
If COD, provide information on the type of pumps used to suck in or pump fuel into the tanks.
If COD, provide information on the accessibility of the site tank for a 40,000-litre truck.
