01

Storage capacity & stock

Seller / Seller's Representative advises storage capacity size and current petroleum stock held at hand.

02

Indicative price

Seller / Seller's Representative gives the indicative price excluding the Buyer's Facilitator's Commissions.

03

Buyer's commission expectations

Buyer advises their commission expectations.

04

Title stock holder vetting

Seller / Seller's Representative provides the Title Stock Holder Company Name for behavioural vetting, including past performance, credibility, transparency and dependability.

05

Commitment letter

Once the seller passes the behavioural vetting, the Buyer's Facilitators issue a Commitment Letter to commit to the purchase of stock from the seller.

06

Stores Stock Account verification

Upon receipt of the Commitment Letter, the Seller / Seller's Representative provides the Buyer's Facilitators with the Stores Stock Account number for verification of stock at hand held by the Seller.

07

Final selling price

Once vetting of stock has been confirmed and passed, the parties agree on the final selling price per litre.

08

Facilitator commissions

The Seller's Facilitators' commissions are borne by the Seller Title Holder separately. The Buyer's commission is handled according to the arrangement negotiated by the Buyer's Facilitators.

09

ICPO & proof of funds

Once both parties agree on the selling price, the Buyer's mandate issues an ICPO for the orders required in order for Booking Codes to be issued and provides Proof of Funds.

10

Payment method & process

The parties agree on the payment method and process.

11

TDS client mandate

TDS clients represented under a mandate prefer BOL deals. Where BOL slips are issued, BOL seals are issued and invoices are issued but shall only be paid upon verification of stock using the Booking Codes provided by the Seller.
